Here again I rant my case about all these good causes. Today - world AIDS day, a day ment to spred awareness about this threatening disease, and what awareness was brought to me by my school? nothing, yet we had a huge fundraiser supporting breast cancer reseach earlier. Isn't it strange? How can we support one thing and not the other, is either more of more concern to us then the other?
Of course I can lay some blame upon myself; I ment to see what I could do about this day at our shool, I even brought it up once, but I didn't follow through. I guess my busy life takes presedence to the sufferings of others.

There really are alot of organisations in need of our help *coughMONEYcough* aren't there? If you're known to support one then all the others try to draw you in. But isn't it hypocritcal to support one thing but not the other? I don't know. I'm stuck between saying 'let's not support any' and 'let's support them all'

you know, sometimes I confuse myself.

I think we need to support causes that are close to our heart. I don't think its hypocritical at all to support one thing and not the other, especially if that's all you can afford, or all that your means allow. Some things you support with money, others you support with goodwill, or in your heart.
